Our approach to refunds for educational products, programs, and consulting services purchased from Scyxaronfriz.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Scyxaronfriz ("we", "us", "our") issues refunds for educational products, programs, and consulting services purchased through scyxaronfriz.ddd. We ask that you read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a transaction on this site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable Canadian law, including the Consumer Protection Act (Ontario) or the Electronic Commerce Act.

1. Overview

We want every purchase to be a positive experience. Because our offerings are educational and digital in nature, specific conditions apply to each product type. Please review the relevant section below before submitting a refund request.

Refunds are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If your original payment was made in a foreign currency, the refunded amount may vary due to exchange rate differences. We are not responsible for such variances.

2. Digital Educational Products

Digital products — including guides, workbooks, reading lists, and visual resource downloads — are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, the following terms apply:

  • Refunds are available within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided the product has not been downloaded or accessed.
  • Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund, except where the product is materially different from its description.
  • If a technical error prevented access to a product you purchased, contact us within 14 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.

3. Educational Programs and Challenges

Our self-paced programs (7-day, 14-day, 21-day, and 30-day educational sequences) are subject to the following refund terms:

  • A full refund is available within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided fewer than two modules have been accessed.
  • A partial refund (50% of the purchase price) is available within 14 calendar days, provided fewer than 50% of the programme content has been accessed.
  • No refund is available after 14 days or once more than 50% of the programme content has been accessed, except in exceptional circumstances.

Access is determined by your account activity log and the timestamps recorded in our delivery system.

4. Consulting Sessions

Educational consulting sessions are scheduled appointments with our team. The following cancellation and refund terms apply:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or session credit (at your choice).
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before a session are eligible for a session credit only (no cash refund).
  • Cancellations made fewer than 24 hours before a session, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund or credit.
  • If we cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full refund or a rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used at the time of purchase
  • Order or transaction reference number
  • Name of the product or program purchased
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests can be submitted via the Contact form or by emailing us directly at online@scyxaronfriz.world. Please include "Refund Request" in the subject line.

6. Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved, the following timelines apply:

  • Refund review and decision: within 5 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refund processing to original payment method: typically 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
  • We will notify you by email at each stage of the refund process.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We recognise that unforeseen circumstances can occur. At our discretion, we may consider refunds outside standard policy terms in exceptional situations, such as:

  • Bereavement or serious illness (documentation may be requested)
  • Verified technical faults on our platform that prevented access
  • Content materially different from its published description

Exceptional circumstance requests should include a clear explanation and any supporting documentation. All decisions made in exceptional cases are final.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. If you believe this policy conflicts with your stationary rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or federal consumer legislation, please contact us. You may also contact the Ontario Ministry of Government and Consumer Services for guidance.
